UMANIFEST / PRIVACY
Your inquiry.
Handled with care.
This page explains what happens to the information you choose to share with Umanifest through this website.

What the project form collects.
The website asks about the service you need, your business category, your project goal, and your timing. Your name and email are required so Umanifest can respond. A phone number, business name, current website, and project notes are optional.
When you submit, you agree that Umanifest may contact you about this inquiry. Submitting does not enroll you in a marketing list, create a booking, or accept a project quote. Please keep the form focused on your business website and avoid sharing passwords, payment details, patient information, or other sensitive records.
How inquiries are stored and delivered.
Submitted inquiries are stored privately in Umanifest’s Cloudflare-hosted database. A notification is sent to Umanifest’s business Gmail inbox so the project can be reviewed and answered. The website does not make inquiry records available through a public list or public search.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and the form infrastructure; Google provides the business email inbox. Umanifest uses your inquiry to discuss the project and maintain a record of that conversation. Access is limited to authorized business account access.
The form uses validation, an invisible bot field, and request limits to reduce spam. Temporary rate-limit records use a rotating hashed network identifier rather than storing your IP address in the lead record. Hosting providers may separately process technical request data to operate and protect their services.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify form submissions and reduce automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser information to provide and improve this verification. Details are in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Simple counters help improve the website.
The website counts page views, project-form starts, successful inquiry submissions, and clicks on call, text, and email links. These are aggregate daily counts by page and action. The measurement records do not include your name, email, phone number, project answers, advertising cookies, or a persistent visitor ID.
A contact click is counted as a click, not proof that a call, message, or email was completed. Optional browser measurement respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Contact Umanifest about your information.
You can use the direct call, text, or email options instead of the project form. For a question about an inquiry record, or to request a correction or removal, email [email protected]. Include enough context to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive documents.
